Welcome to Kashmirify Holidays! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kashmirify Holidays' Website and Travel Booking Services.

1. Custom Itineraries & Quotations

All custom itineraries and price listings generated via our website builder or sent by our guides are drafts for review. A booking is only finalized when stay availability is checked in Srinagar/Gulmarg/Pahalgam, and an advance booking amount is paid.

2. Booking Payments

To confirm reservations for hotels, boutique houseboats, and private tourist cabs, clients must pay the designated advance booking percentage as specified by their consulting Kashmirify representative. Balance payments are due upon arrival in Srinagar.

3. Permitted Website Use

You must not copy, duplicate, or reuse any design assets, local photography, or custom travel packages text from Kashmirify Holidays without our express written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our local guides make every effort to ensure safe and comfortable travels, Kashmirify Holidays is not liable for itinerary disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by severe weather, road blocks (e.g. Jammu-Srinagar Highway landslides), political restrictions, or flight delays.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Srinagar for the resolution of any disputes.
