Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for trusting Kashmirify Holidays to design your trip. We aim to be fully transparent regarding cancellations, delays, and refunds.
1. Cancellation by the Traveler
If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
- 30 days or more before departure: 15% of the total package cost is withheld as administrative and hotel booking fees; the rest is refunded.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost is withheld.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund can be provided as hotel bookings, permits, and cab reservations in Srinagar are fully pre-paid and non-refundable.
2. Hotel & Houseboat Rules
Different boutique properties in Gulmarg, Sonmarg, and Pahalgam may maintain their own strict seasonal cancellation rules. Any non-refundable hotel policies will override Kashmirify Holidays' standard policies and will be communicated to you prior to booking.
3. Roadblocks, Flights, & Natural Disruptions
In the event that you cannot reach Srinagar due to flight cancellations, highway closures (e.g., NH 44 blockages), or bad weather:
We will attempt to reschedule your trip dates at minimal cost subject to hotel availability. However, if a cancellation is necessary, refunds are subject to what we can recover from hotels and transport providers.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund, please contact your booking agent directly or send an email to Kashmirifyholidays786@gmail.com with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
